Jumbo Loan

Recommended for homebuyers who require larger loan amounts, the generously-named jumbo loan offers mortgage amounts in excess of the conforming loan limit. This type of loan is available in fixed, adjustable-rate and interest-only options. 

FHA Loan

Recommended for homebuyers with limited savings or low to moderate income, the FHA loan offers a low down payment and flexible income, debt and credit requirements. Applicants can also use gift funds to assist in their down payment. 

VA Loan

Recommended for qualified military veterans, reservists, active service members and their spouses, a VA loan requires no down payment and offers flexible income, debt and credit requirements. VA loans are also available to eligible first- or second-time homebuyers with low to moderate incomes. 

Non-QM (Qualified Mortgage)

Ideal for borrowers with higher debt ratios, difficult-to-verify income, recent derogatory events and foreign nationals. Non-QM loans offer a wide variety of unique product solutions such as bank statement programs, cross-collateralization and many more. They are also available in fully-amortizing and interest-only ARM variations.

Specialized Conventional Programs

Reverse Mortgage

Hard-Money Private Equity

For Borrowers that are looking to secure financing through equity rather than credit worthiness. Hard money loans come with shorter terms (around two to five years), higher interest rates and hefty processing fees.

USDA Loan

Recommended for homebuyers purchasing a home located in a designated USDA rural area, USDA loans offer no-down payment options, flexible income, debt and credit requirements and little-to-no closing costs to low to moderate-income homebuyers.
